We wait all year for Summer to arrive and here we are in August…the last month of Summer!

All year, we work in the Pilates studio on all the Pilates principles using the equipment to access and understand the work in our own body. It is different for all of us but one thing is for sure..Pilates feels great and keeps you feeling great when you practice it.
