One thing I love about pilates is that every time I do the exercises, for over 20 years now, I learn something new about myself and the layers of the exercises that Joe created. Without a doubt I feel better, stronger, longer and more connected.


After 20 years, do I get bored of the exercises, you may ask? The answer is no…because I find something new in them every time. If my body is misaligned from carrying a a heavy purse or crossing my legs while sitting or whatever modern life may bring, the attempt to perform the Pilates method works me into my ideal alignment. I feel better, I stand taller, I feel enlivened. And…You can too!


I will be starting a new series introducing Pilates fundamentals with my view of the Pilates method combined with wellness tips for living a better and more joyful life. Stay tuned. I hope you will join me!
