Your practice of Pilates is your own journey in discovering how your body moves through space. Moving the body through space is called proprioception. Isn't that a cool word? When you practice Pilates and move your body through space repeating exercises you have already done before, your mind and your body discover more efficiency in movement, more balance through movement. There is always something NEW to learn.
