Feeling stressed about uncertainty can cause anxiety. These simple tips can help you regain focus and manage your current state of mind emerging focused and calm.

Step outside and gather the suns rays on your arms and and face, feeling the warmth and listening to the sounds of nature. Breathe in for 2 counts and breathe out for 4 counts. Continue this breath pattern filling your lungs with air and then exhaling completely as though you are wringing a washcloth of every ounce of water...Just like Joe Pilates said.
